JOB TITLE: Executive Project/Event Coordinator  w/ 3-4 years managerial/supervisory experience of a customer service or administrative capacity




  • Manage aspects of employees ; including performance management, and task assignment
  • Escalation point of contact
  • Liaison between departments
  • Manage the day to day operations
  • Provide assistance with interviews, hiring process, and onboarding process.
  • Provide training & manage work assignments, as well as team capacity
  • Follow up, coach, and train on general administrative tasks
    • Scheduling meetings
    • Travel
    • Records retention
    • Word processing
    • Phone support
    • Updating rosters
    • Meeting Planning
  • To provide outstanding levels of customer service to both internal and external clients

·         Interact with various levels of management on a day-to-day basis, handling very confidential documents and materials. 

·         Balance the necessity of managing the calendar tightly while establishing a friendly, accessible atmosphere with peers, within the organization, and outside of it as well. 

·         Will require the individual to take initiative, use discretion and judgment as related to confidential matters and problems regarding project, department or division-related work, and update the manager on status.



  • Minimum two years of college with an Associates level degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3-4 years managerial/supervisory experience of a customer service or administrative capacity
  • High level experience with Microsoft Office such as Excel (including the ability to create, and work with, pivot tables, and perform “V-lookups) , Power Point, Outlook and Word
  • High level sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism
  • Demonstrated proficiency with productivity tools and portal technologies (i.e. Global Connect, SharePoint sites) is required.
  • Experience working with Ariba (or a related accounts payable system), Aravo, Concur & Totality,  is preferred

  • Excellent keyboarding/data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
