Every day, Kelly Services connects professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. We currently have an exciting 6+ month, long term contract opportunity as a Project Coordinator (Change Management) for a top fortune 500 company in Groton CT.

Title: Project Coordinator (Change Management)

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Groton CT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated business changes management (BCM) support to one Worldwide Safety and Regulatory (WSR) high priority initiative; as BCM POC for this initiative, partner with project lead to exercise change management principles including defining the business case for action, developing stakeholder analyses, identifying human objectives of a project, developing a communication strategy, etc.
  • In addition, this role is to partner with the Worldwide Regulatory Operations (WRO) Communications and Change Management (CCM) Lead to:
  • Support the population, maintenance, and visualization generation of SI-PORT which will track major WSR non-portfolio initiatives from a change management perspective
  • Partner with WRO CCM Lead to plan and execute the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) Community of Practice


  • Change Management experience - 2 - 4 Years
  • AIM (Accelerating Implementation Methodology) trained desirable
  • SharePoint capabilities desirable


  • Bachelor's Degree
