Positions Needed: -Cabinet frame sub-assembly -Drawer Box Assembler -Component Sub Assembler -Product Wrapper and Packer
$11 to $13 per hr. DOE 90+ day assignment Hours 6 am to 2:30 pm Must be flexible for possible overtime.
Experience required: -Ability to read/understand blueprints, production drawings, and documents -Ability to use/read a measuring tape, scale -Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, drills, etc. -Wood working experience a Plus -Maintain all required production documents and reporting -Apply glue, dowels, and clamps to assemble the components into sub-assemblies -Use screws and fasteners to secure the components -Must be able to operate air clamp, screw guns, staple guns, and strap clamps -Assembly of drawer boxes within the established drawer cell from provided material -Final machine and assemble drawer box components -Use dedicated equipment and production layout to route slots, bore holes, apply glue, insert dowels, then clamp into the final assembly -Must be able to operate special purpose drilling equipment, router tables, and clamps -Sub Assemble wooden components from provided material. (Example: bracket feet, bed rail assemblies, shelf assemblies, bed slats, etc.) -Locate and secure drawer slide hardware to cabinets and fit drawer boxes in preparation for final drawer face assembly and fitting -Will stand for 8 hrs.
