Tasks include, but are not limited to: 1. Actively learn and work on all products and software to acquire all necessary knowledge to be able to aid customers with technical information 2. Offer technical support to local customers that walk in as well as to those who call in 3. Provide assistance to the sales department in technical questions 4. Greet customers and help them when needed. 5. Receive all merchandise and maintain it organized and available for shipping and delivering 6. Process all merchandise that need a label or box change. 7. Process all merchandise that requires software updates. 8. Ensure all P.O.s are fulfilled correctly with the right items. 9. Pack and ship up to the TD standard all orders to customers. 10. Ensure all packaging and labels are done correctly 11. Maintain available inventory all the time.
Additional duties 1. Assist manager on duty and CEO to perform any office related tasks 2. Answer the phone and direct the calls to the final user. 3. Maintain an organized and clean working environment 4. Be courteous with all staff, customers, visitors, vendors all the time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Experienced in the CCTV industry. Prior experience in a team environment requiring clear, professional and effective communication. Prior experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a team environment
PREFERRED SKILLS - HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT - 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN CCTV INDUSTRY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - LIFT OR MANEUVER 50 POUNDS, AND TEAM LIFT UP TO 100 POUNDS
