Job Title: I.T. Help Desk Associate (Hardware/Software)

Location: Newtown, PA 18940
Hours: 8:30am-4:45pm Monday-Friday with a 45 minute lunch
Salary: $15 - $18/hr.
At least 1 year of technical support experience supporting computer hardware and software is required
Excellent organizational skills are required
Ability to work independently and clearly communicate with team members
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of computer literacy
Responsibilities of I.T. Help Desk Associates:
Primarily responsible for offering telephone and email support to external customers using web-based applications.
May also be tasked to provide colleagues and internal customers with telephone, email, and deskside troubleshooting for both hardware and software including Microsoft Windows, Office, and a variety of web-based applications.
Maintain security best practices when dealing with account information and organizational assets.
