TRC has an immediate need in Lawrenceville, GA for an 4-8 week Data Migration Project.

Data Entry / File Migration Specialist
Qualifications & Skills:
Advanced PC skills to include but not be limited to spreadsheets, macros, merging documents
Extensive working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, Windows applications
Proactive and self-motived with a positive attitude
Strong communication, written and oral
Exceptional organizational skills
Tremendous attention to detail
Proficient data entry
Analytical minded
Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or query writing a plus
Understanding of business practices

Specialist will
Review spreadsheets for values to be replaced by abbreviations and/or new values
Leverage advanced Excel functions for parsing and mapping data (i.e. Vlookups, Substrings)
Separate data from notes fields into their own individual fields defined for specific data types
Analyze data for congruency by flagging file duplicates or errors for further review
Identify redundancy and when applicable merge multiple spreadsheets into one
Relocate files from one location to another (i.e. revising, renaming, saving per defined standard)
