Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Norcross, GA 30092

Duration: 6 Month Contract; possibly longer depending on performance and workload

Compensation: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Seeking an experienced and energetic HR Business Partner to join the HR team. The position is responsible for providing full scope HR support to selected functional groups within the Headquarters organization and manage key HR processes. The position reports to the Global HR Manager.

The successful candidate will have experience managing compensation or finance activities for a global organization. Other skills vital to this role:
- Strong data analytical skills
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to forge strong, trusting, collaborative relationships
- High degree of interpersonal skills to be able to motivate and influence others
- Change agent and continuous improvement ability

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide Business-Based HR Support for one or more customers within the Headquarters organization
• Collaborate with HR and Corporate resources in managing certain processes and initiatives
• Coordinate Year-end Compensation processes within Corporate policy and guidelines.
• Support on-boarding of new BBHR members on compensation matters
• Assist with capturing, tracking and reporting on key metrics for GRP
• Lead various HR reporting activities across GRP
• Manage HR system security access and compliance for GRP
• Develop tools, processes and procedures working closely with our internal customers, BBHR, people shared services and the Corporate RU SPA’s to assist with completion of responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with global reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in compensation or finance
• Experience managing year end or annual compensation for a large, global organization
