TRC Staffing is currently looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) HR Coordinator for one of our clients in Suwanee, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR entry level experience or someone that would like to get into the HR industry.

As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Payroll/Timekeeping (40%)

· Ultipro Software

· Attendance Policy

· Process incentives

HR/HRIS/Reporting (5%)

· Provides Receptionist support

· Supports HR Manager, HR Business Partner

Recruiting /Onboarding (5%)

· Posts Jobs internally and externally

· schedules interviews with candidates

· Administers on-boarding

· Maintains the ID badge system

· Assist employees with electronic self-service transactions(ESS)
