POSITION SUMMARY: Ensures all new referrals are processed in a timely manner and helps manage the relationship between the Sales Team and the referral source. This includes auditing orders, obtaining any additional information and performing system entry prior to approving the shipment of orders to patients. Evaluates patients- insurance coverage in order to determine its compatibility with our program and communicate Responsible for claim submission and claim resolution for patients in regards to governmental, commercial insurance companies and patient accounts. Provides guidance to department staff and complete special projects while keeping management informed of escalated matters. Handles inbound and outbound patient calls to explain benefits, troubleshoot, add services and ensure patient satisfaction and retention. Qualifies potential patients- insurance coverage in order to determine its compatibility with the Clients program and establish the best benefit for the patient.
