RESTAURANT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - Direct Hire; Our client in Rochester, MN., which generates $1.75m in food and beverage is seeking a Restaurant Operations Director to be responsible for all food and beverage service among their five venues. This candidate will plan, implement and monitor departmental budgets; hire, train and supervise Restaurant Operations Manager, Beverage Supervisor, and direct subordinates, and applies relevant service excellence standards to assure that the wants and needs of our client''s members and guests are consistently exceeded. The candidate must be an exceptional communicator who can instill our client''s culture while executing and leading a team to provide service excellence. Creation and execution of all food and beverage special events as well as overseeing all dining communications to the membership. The Restaurant Operations Director must enforce our client''s strategic vision which exemplifies a true member first service culture based upon industry best practices. Qualified individuals must possess a commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of service and a natural ability to treat members and colleagues in a gracious and respectful manner. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 6 years of progressive responsibility in food and beverage industry required. A minimum of 3 years of personnel management, preferably in a club, hospitality and/or service industry required! Knowledge of food service techniques and cost controls such as staffing levels, productivity, food costs and other expenses all are required as well as industry knowledge. Salary, pending ones'' experience is $50,000 - $60,000 annually (negotiable).
