Kelly Services, Inc, a Global Fortune 500 Workforce Solutions Company, has partnered with a premiere Hawaiian Events Company and is seeking dependable, quality-focused individuals for a variety of Culinary positions to include Sous Chefs, Breakfast & Dinner Cooks, Pantry and Kitchen Helpers.
Overview of duties: Based on the size of the event, duties will include preparing and/or cooking large quantities of food in a production environment.
Qualifications: -Sous Chefs and Cooks must have a minimum of 5 years of fine dining or large hotel restaurant cooking experience -Pantry and Kitchen Helpers must have a minimum of 1-2 years restaurant cooking and/or food prep experience. Culinary School Graduates are encouraged to apply as well -Ability to work in a production paced environment based on event size. Food preparation and cooking will involve large quantities of food -Ability to work at a moderate to fast pace -Detailed oriented -Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Hours: Part-time to full-time hours based on the size of the event. For example, you may work 8-24hrs/wk during smaller events and 24-40hrs/wk for larger events. Weekdays and evenings and weekends available.
Pay Rate: $10.40 - $15.40/hr during first 80hrs of work then increased to $16.50-$22.50/hr after 80hrs of work and based on position.
