TRC Staffing is seeking an Accounting/Office Coordinator in Snellville, GA!!
Job Description & Responsibilities: Must be flexible to help where needed. Will handle contracts they receive in, process checks for realtors, assist with billing agents, etc. Must have MS Office QuickBooks experience. Will be assisting with bank reconciliations, reimbursements, account payable, accounts receivable, utilities, contract reviews, etc. Must have good attention to detail and math skills.

Coordinate conference room usage
Keep reception/conference areas neat and presentable
Keep coffee area neat and stocked
Keep day-agent workspaces neat and stocked with relevant supplies
Coordinate lunch and breaks with backup so front desk is covered at all times
Distribute all incoming faxes
Postmark and send outgoing mail daily
Check office email and respond/distribute accordingly
Check and distribute incoming mail daily
Check office dropbox daily
Set up new agent mailboxes
Clean out agent mailboxes on a regular basis
Clean out vendor information and flyers weekly
Keep all copiers, fax machines and printers stocked with paper
Keep form bins stocked and notify agents of new forms
Maintain office supplies inventory and submit orders in a timely manner
