Kelly Services is looking for a candidate with Audit and management of all payroll Experience. Responsible for all Federal and State tax reporting. In-depth knowledge of payroll tax policies and procedures. Experience maintain all payroll budget information, and interpret payroll inquiries. Working knowledge of Kronos preferred. This position requires you to provides reports and recommendations on efficient and effective use of payroll management tools.
Some of the Key Functions are: * Analyze, calculate and manage IRS levies, employee garnishments and wage assignments. * Assist in the annual financial audit through preparation of audit work papers. * Reconcile, compile and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including but not limited to work comp, quarterly 941, annual W-2-s. * Monitor changes in IRS and Wage Hour regulations to ensure compliance
