Our client, a Medical Device company, is currently seeking a Junior Accountant for a 12 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension.  The position is located in Mansfield, MA.

 

By working for our client, you will be exposed to a large public company (listed on S&P) that develops and manufactures devices & therapies, work for a firm with over 84,000 employees, a firm with $28 billion dollars in revenue, work in a fast paced corporate environment and be an integral part to the Accounting team.

The hours for this position are as follows

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

 Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Primary focus of typical accounting duties and other project work as directed by management. The incumbent will develop knowledge of E-One transactions. Secondarily this position will support the accounting integrations team by providing analysis skills utilizing query tools. 
  • Foster a climate that evaluates and creates” right practice” processes, structures and systems. Help team translate new change goals into practical implementation steps. 
  • Develop and maintain a customer service culture throughout the organization. 
  • Assist leader in special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining an uninterrupted daily workflow when the leader or other functional members are out of the office. 
  • Review and research transactions in E-One. 

You are required to have between 2-5 years’ experience and along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting of Finance. You will be detailed oriented, have good communication skills, and work effectively within a team environment. It is required you are computer savvy (learning new systems quickly).
