Parts Coordinator

 

Kelly Engineering has a great position as a Parts Coordinator with a leading company in Wayne NJ!

 

Job Duties:

 

Receiving Parts –         

 

  • Check the parts received from Headquarters against its respective invoices and report any discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
  • Create a physical location for any new parts within the Parts Room and log the new part name/location into SAP
  • Receive all part shipments within the same day and stock all parts within 24 hours of being received.

 

Picking Parts for Service Technicians and Distributors –

 

  • Ensure that all paperwork (packing slip, print ticket and purchase order) for parts orders are complete and the part requests correspond on all three sheets.
  • Place all Service Partners parts that are picked (with the RMA# or PO#) into the designated bin. Pick all parts for the Service Technicians. The part orders should be labeled with the corresponding RMA#.
  • Any additional part requests needed to complete a repair should be entered into SAP to keep an accurate record parts used in each repair.
  • Ensure that all MSDS sheets and documentation are included with the shipment of hazardous materials to Service Partners.
  • Maintain records in the Excel Tracker for all Insertion Tube Assemblies assigned to Service Technicians and Service Partners.

 

Requirements:

  • SAP experience
  • Logistics background
  • Inventory control experience
