Seeking a Contract Field Research Coordinator in San Antonio, TX

Currently seeking a Field Research Coordinator in San Antonio, TX. This person will assist in the collection of accurate statistical information for uses in the development and publication of test products and services. May perform a variety of filling, scoring, checking, coding and data entry/verification tasks related to the development of test products and services.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.90/hr

Additional responsibilities include:

  • QC scanned output files to ensure they are complete and legible
  • Accurately enter data from scanned files into Excel and Web Based applications
  • Communicating with examiners, sites, and candidates
  • Assist in receiving tests, forms, and pertinent departmental mail
  • Assist in setting up examiner/site accounts
  • Slit bound edges of test booklets; prep, scan, and file test booklets and forms
  • Log and track tests, forms, and scan files to ensure processing timelines are met
  • Review test protocols by project
  • Ensure testing administration rules have been applied accordingly,
  • Verify appropriate items/sub-test have been administered
  • Provide Examiners/Sites feedback regarding test administration or conduct inquiry of data verification of demographic information
  • Ensure fraud has not occurred
  • Prioritize testing materials by 1st review case by examiners (as needed by project)
  • Loading and unloading of goods and supplies and ensuring proper handling of the same.
  • Some lifting will be required (10-30 lbs).
  • Organize and prepare test kits, and testing materials for shipment to Examiners/Sites.
  • Manage updates on Ipads (adding apps, maintenance, software updates)
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of project materials.
  • Working in accordance with all safety regulations.

  • Working knowledge of iPads and IOS system
  • Preferred: Familiarity with office equipment such as paper cutter/slitter, scanner
  • Some pieces of other roles, but also back end work.
  • Getting materials in from people whether digal or paper, updating I pads, etc.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Previously worked with iPads or mac. 80% of testing is with the iPad.
  • A lot of office work, will be receiving a bunch of the tests, sorting them out, and entering into the applications.
  • Read Spanish – Must have, not necessarily speak it.

Job Requirements:

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
1. Communication Degree/ skills – speak clearly
2. Customer Service Experience.
3. Think on their feet, proactive
4. Excel Proficient – intermediate: formulas, pivot tables, v look ups

Education: Some college required; Business/Technical school preferred
Experience Preferred: Prior experience in an office environment, warehouse/inventory tracking knowledge
Language Skills Required: Fluent in English, Excellent communication skills, Able to Read and Understand Spanish
