KellyConnect is looking to hire a Complaint Resolution Specialist for our client in Irvine, CA. Our Complaint Resolution Specialists will be working out of our customer's office which is located in Irvine, CA. The pay rate for the position begins at $19.00/hr, although candidates may be considered at a slightly higher rate based on factors such as work history and experiences. I have included some details of the position below.
In this customer-service oriented role, you would be working in a call center environment providing customer service to internal and external customers by assisting with complaint resolutions. Customers would be contacting you regarding technical issues, or other issues they are having with any of our various products/services. Candidates for this role should have experience in dealing with escalated issues and be able to display outstanding customer service in a professional manner, while maintaining a calm demeanor at all times. Experience in a government-regulated field (medical such as FDA, banking, finance, etc.) is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Associate-s Degree preferred.
Experience handling escalated issues.
