- Respond to incoming customer inquiries, attempting first contact resolution and following escalation procedures as needed. - Apply intermediate knowledge of contract specific assessments to address customer inquiries. - Apply basic application and software troubleshooting skills for different devices, operating systems, browsers, and download and installation of software. - Log customer calls into the ticketing system. - Provide input for documentation, training, and workflow optimization. - Demonstrate personable and professional customer service skills in daily tasks.
