TRC has partnered with a growing distribution facility in Suwanee, GA and we are immediately seeking a Customer Service Representative. This is a great temp to perm opportunity!! Pay is starting from $20-$23 an hour. Hours are: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday).
• Order Entry and Processing of new Customer Purchase Orders into ERP system. We process various types of orders; Warehouse Orders, Vendor Dropship orders, Kit Orders and special promotional orders. Must follow order guidelines as designated.
• Handling Customer Service Inbound Calls. Answering phone calls from our customers for New Orders, Stock Checks, Order Tracking, Product questions, or new business inquiries.
• Working with B2B customers by telephone and email on a daily basis.
• Collaborating with our internal Account Managers and supporting our sales force to create an amazing customer experience.
• Handling of New Credit and Claim Requests on our orders. Issuing credits for damages, shortages, or initiating a return request.
• Directing requests and unresolved issues to the proper company departments for resolution as appropriate.
• Accurately communicate order information, policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience Required
• Customer Service Experience 2-3+ yrs
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills.
• Flexible Individual who is a team player.
