Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: New Hope, PA 18938
Hours: 40 hours - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with an hour for lunch.
Salary: Starting salary $12- $13/hr for the first 3 months. Upon review for performance and attendance you are eligible for another dollar increase. Another salary review after one year.
Length: Excellent Contract to Permanent Career Opportunity after 3 month probation period
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
At least 1 solid year or more of Office Customer Service experience is preferred within the last 2 years
Candidates with 2 or more solid years of Customer Service experience in other industries will also be considered however you must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be comfortable with talking to customers on the telephone and typing simultaneously.
Must have professional telephone manner.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
Must have reliable transportation No bus route is available.
Pass a criminal background check (completely clear for the last 7 years) and drug screening.
Job Description for the Customer Service Representative:
Working with a team of 5 other Customer Service Agents. Duties include; taking inbound calls from existing clients that would like to either place an order, receive a price quote or renew their contract. Utilizing Microsoft Word for letters and Microsoft Excel for price quotes and Outlook to send emails.
When discounts are running for certain materials, you may be asked to call exiting clients to notify them of these discounts as they have bought this material before.
