Seeking an energetic, experienced professional to provide excellent service to customers over the phone. The customer service representative will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction whiling handling a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. Processing customer quotes and orders as well as resolving various customer issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of customer service experience and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent computer and time management skills are required.
