Winston-Salem manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist with customer service, light clerical and front desk responsibilities.
The employee in this role will:
-Answer incoming calls to the company's main line
-Greet visitors and guests in a warm and professional manner
-Provide general customer service by email to inquiries received through company email account
-Provide some light clerical support, may include data entry
-Other duties as assigned
Previous experience in a similar role is required, as are strong communication skills - both written and verbal. A background in Marketing or Training would be a plus.
