We are hiring Call Center Agents for a call center in downtown Dallas, Texas! These opportunities pay between $11.50-$12.50/hr. and are temp-to-perm. We offer weekly pay every Tuesday and don't old back a week. We also offer a co-paid health, dental and vision insurance plan.
Duties: Agents will be taking inbound calls from consumers and entering product orders and payment information, You must be flexible to work the shift/schedules below.
Work schedule: 5 day work week that will include either a Saturday or a Sunday (never both).
Hours: you must be flexible to work any of these shifts as it will be assigned after training. Shifts don't rotate so you would only work one of these:
Shifts: Mon-Sun - 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm or 2:00pm-11:00pm

Prior call center experience is required

Zealous for serving and taking care of the customer
Flexibility to work assigned shift (once assigned, it does NOT change)
Answer inbound inquiries regarding consumer products.
Answer billing inquiries and process payments.
Provide information to potential customers interested in opening accounts.
Update and document customer information and interactions in the database.
Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment.
Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs.
Must be able to type 30 wpm
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test & criminal background check
