Staffmark has partnered with a fast-growing company located in Cincinnati to recruit an entry-level Tech Support Representative! This is a part-time position at around 28-30 hours per week. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 9:00 am -3:00.
Provide first-level technical guidance to the end users using our web hosted application
Assist clients with set up of software
Train clients on the use of the client Help desk
Maintains documentation for the various types of user set up procedures

Job Requirements �Excellent communication skills are required. Communication will include phone and email support, and interpersonal communication working with other employees to resolve issues. An excellent understanding of common issues relating to pc workstations, browsers, data entry, Microsoft Office Product Suite, Windows platforms, printing and other common helpdesk knowledge.
�Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
�Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
