Handle customer questions/issues regarding their orders, including order status and info on our products

Starting Pay Range $13 - $15 and up to $17.00 + for someone with a degree and/or speaks Spanish.
Responsible for purchase order follow up by contacting various vendors by phone or email and communicating status to customer and customer service. Responsible for updating customer accounts. Responsible for communicating with selected customers: offering incentives/emailing receipts/ soliciting feedback. Check status of POs – note orders, communicate delayed delivery dates to customer and customer service; Update email addresses on customer accounts; Email new customers thanking them for their order and offering an incentive on their next order; Contact selected customers after their order has been shipped and invoiced to solicit feedback on the Company experience ; Email receipts to customers who paid with a credit card; Email or send cards to customers that have not ordered recently offering an incentive on their return order. There is a combination of sitting, standing and walking throughout the work day with some lifting, bending, placing items at eye level or lower onto shelving. Will use computer, cash register, printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers. Must be Organized and detail oriented. Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at one time. Ability to maintain friendly but professional relationships with vendors. Ability to be proactive with vendors when shipping dates are missed. Excellent customer service skills. Solid computer skills a must. 3-4 years customer service experience. High school education or equivalent. This position is in Lewis Center, OH. This is a full time permanent position through a temp to hire process for our client. The work schedule is Mon – Fri. 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
