Kelly Services is currently seeking 3 customer service representatives for one of customers who is one of the top in the Healthcare industry.

This position is located in: Glenn Allen, VA

  • Work in a high volume of inbound calls from consumers/end users.
  • Representatives act as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support.
  • Responsible for placing/ answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization s products and services.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.


  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work any schedule between 7:30 am - 8 pm
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work OT as needed; may include weeknights and/or weekends.
  • Associate s degree or high school diploma/GED 6+ years of experience Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

Hours: 7:30am – 8:00pm Weekends included

Pay Rate: $12.45 per hour
