Handles general inbound ACD calls (40-45/day), correspondence, and lobby visits related to all aspects of service, effectively communicates, written and verbally, policies, procedures, and applicable benefits to members and/or providers who have misinterpreted, were unaware of, or are questioning a decision. The Customer Service Representative also handles customer inquiries, including but not limited to claims and benefit interpretation. The Customer Service Representative services prospective members, enrolled members, providers, employers and vendors.

Must have call center experience and a HS diploma/GED. This is a long term temp assignment Proficient in Excel must be able to work holidays and weekends if needed.
