A Self-Storage Property Manager
In the Daytona Beach area

About this opportunity: TRC is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented, reliable employee to manage a self-storage facility located in the Daytona Beach area. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position.

Job Duties:
• Process Move-Ins and Move Outs and complete lease agreements
• Light maintenance/cleaning of facility and daily walk-through of property
• Minor repair work – must feel comfortable using hand tools
• Assist customers with leasing process and reviewing the rental process
• Tenant relations: constant interaction with customers and sell/show storage space
• Sales of merchandise: boxes, packing supplies, etc.
• General Office: administrative work, data entry, answer phones and update files, process closes
• Marketing: create brochures and flyers and distribute as necessary
• Collection duties: call on any past due balances and collect late fees

• Management Experience is a MUST
• Must be Mechanically Inclined
• 1-2 years of experience in the self-storage industry a plus
• Computer literate with MS Office (Word/Excel and Outlook)
• Stellar customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Basic understanding of spreadsheets
• Experience using Google Drive/Drop Box
