A downtown Syracuse company is seeking qualified candidates for their inbound call center. In this role, you will accurately and efficiently obtain customer and account information to provide non-emergency medical transportation via incoming calls. Immediate work for qualified candidates. These are temp to hire positions. Pay rate starts at $10.50/hr.
- Accurately and efficiently obtain customer and account information - Verifying data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data as necessary - Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information - Following all company policies and procedures - Satisfactorily maintaining company productivity standards - Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures and customer concerns
- High school diploma or GED required - Excellent customer service skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills required - Proficiency in computers, including MS Office - High degree of accuracy in data entry - Be able to work in a fast paced environment
