Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality and timely service for every customer by effectively managing the relationship with customers, strengthening customer loyalty, and encouraging repeat business. Processes orders in an efficient and accurate manner. Effectively communicates product information and promptly responds to customer inquiries, customer feedback and complaints, based on established policies, guidelines and procedures.
Position Responsibilities:
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction with the company’s products and service
• Process customer orders over the phone in an efficient, accurate, and courteous manner
• Provide instruction and assistance to customers regarding products, fit, and ordering process
• Promptly respond to customer e-mails and voicemails
• Ensure that all information pertaining to orders and payments are correct prior to shipment
• Accurately track shipments, refunds, and other related customer service metrics
• Proactively address issues and assertively solve problems
• Other duties as required
