Full Details

• Communicate with customers via phone, fax and email.
• Crafts written responses to customers for not only account resolution, information, but also, customer complaints. All written communication, regardless of medium, must be professional in nature with correct grammar, tone, etc., and in compliance with the company’s standards.
• Is available to train new employees as needed.
• Work with management on customer service initiatives.
• Process orders accurately and distribute sales orders to the proper department.
• Work with productions, sales, shipping, warehouse, or carrier contacts to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
• Investigate fill rates, on-time performance, and meeting deadlines as required by customers.
• Possess analytical and critical thinking skills required to give the customer a resolution with minimal supervisory guidance. This includes analyzing the data elements within the ERP system and available tools to determine the best solution.
• Knowledge of EDI and processes.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory processes and cycle counts.
• Report processing, analyzing trends, formatting reports to send to upper management,
• Ability to multitask.
