KellyConnect is currently looking for efficient and engaging applicants to join our KellyConnect Onboarding team. Onboarding Coordinators are responsible for hiring candidates for technical support and customer service positions.

What your duties would include:
- Contacting candidates for completion of electronic employment registration and Form I-9s
- Extending offers of employment to qualified candidates after completion of the onboarding process
- Confirming eligibility for employment with Kelly Services and KellyConnect
- Assisting candidates with questions during the onboarding process
- Documenting contact attempts and candidate conversations in various candidate/employee tracking systems
- Assisting new hires with questions regarding training and position expectations
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must reside in southeastern Michigan/metro-Detroit and be willing to commute to our office in Troy, MI
Availability to work between the hours of 8am-8pm ET Monday-Friday
Availability to work weekends, when additional support is needed
Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume hiring environment, including prioritizing assigned tasks in order to meet hiring goals by deadlines
Ability to multitask between speaking with candidates and updating systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills (including ability to work with HR/Staffing in addition to communicating with candidates)
Typing proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail as appropriate documentation in various systems is a strict requirement
High school diploma or equivalent
