Customer Service Representatives needed for leading health care company located in Johnstown, Pa. This position is a full-time Federal Contractor position. You must be able to work the assigned shift provided to you. These positions / shifts will include daylight, evening and possibly overnight assignments.
Duties include but not limited to: Representatives will provide telephone customer service to members, employer groups, providers and internal customers; perform related work as required or assigned. Logs all incoming calls with clear concise information and documents all required information within specified time requirements. Documents and investigates customer complaints and forwards all appropriate documentation to proper department. Participates in all training as necessary
Prefer previous customer service skills in a professional healthcare/insurance environment Proficient in MSWord, excellent typing ability & good oral and written communication skills Previous knowledge of HMO, PPO, Medicare Risk or any other insurance packages a plus High school diploma/GED or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform duties of the position.
