TRC Staffing Services is looking to bring on a group of outstanding Customer Relations Experts that want to grow with the company. We are currently recruiting for a division for one of our cell phone providers where agents will be providing direct assistance to store representatives needing additional partnership in resolving in-store customer concerns.
Strong oral and written communication skills are a must, as well as an ability to multi-task and quickly navigate in an office setting to provide our client with the tools they need to resolve customer concerns. Tech/internet skill is a must.
This is an entry level position with room for growth and advancement. All roles are temp-to-perm. Base for first 90 days is $9.00, after 90 days, it increases to $9.50, with chances for performance-based bonuses and increases.

As the Customer Relations Expert you get to:
Be the face of our company and handle incoming calls from our client' store representatives.
Assist store representatives with activations, troubleshooting, billing and shipping updates, new customer account set ups, installations, etc.
Listen, understand, and take quick action. Resolution is usually urgent as customers are in store with agent during the call.
Our Ideal Candidate:
High School Diploma/GED
1+ year of exceptional customer service experience
Must have basic computer skills/typing ability
Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems
Stable work history with track record of success
A Friendly and professional attitude with the ability to build rapport with people over the phone.
Willing to submit to a background and drug test within 48 hours (2 days) of hire
