Administrative Assistant III-Santa Clara Valley, CA
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a self-motivated, experienced, detail oriented, and very organized Administrative Assistant with good judgment and excellent communication skills to provide quality administrative support to the GM of the MIG group and team of 50+ people for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Santa Clara Valley, CA. This position starts immediately and pays $22.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The role includes, but is not limited to supporting and managing complex calendars, coordinating internal and external customer meetings, travel and expense reports, purchasing and budget/headcount tracking, acting as a resource for the team on processes and procedures, hiring assistant, and other various administrative duties. This role requires a strong team player.
Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems.
