Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an American Multinational Consumer Goods company in Boise, Idaho
This assignment starts January 10 and is a 6 month assignment covering a leave of absence. The pay for this position is $25/hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires advanced excel skills to include mastery at V-Look Up, as well as mastery at PowerPoint, and Word.
You will work with account executives to help build promotional documents, update templates, set up promotional payment documents and data entry and regularly communicate with all levels of company management organization.
