This is Contract position in Seattle supporting product teams to ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines are followed and documented for retail products. The main purpose of this position is to ensure various pieces of imported merchandise have been assigned the appropriate classification code; making changes as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain complete and meticulous records with attention to detail
Ensure protocols listed for vendor submitted product comply with regulations
Writing of logical rules, and queries, SQL skills highly valued (this will be trained)
Experience with Oracle Agile PLM software (Product Lifecycle Management) is preferred
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. This is a collaborative team environment
BS/BA in Science or similar degree. Must pass background check
