The opportunity is for someone to manage customer order workflow through distro channels and resolve issues, monitor capacity, and redirect workflow as needed. This is a Seattle based position supporting a nationwide order and delivery system. Employees will be trained on supply chain flow systems, how to use the tools to ensure that orders are filled on-time, how to escalate if needed, and preferably how to solve problems yourself.
Analytical Problem Solving
Strong Excel Skills. SQL experience is a bonus
