This position is responsible for the recruiting efforts for specific positions within the organization to ensure positions are filled quickly with high quality candidates.

Job tasks include placing job ads for open positions, including researching and proposing new posting locations. Conduct initial review of resumes for qualifications. Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, education, job skills, and cultural fit. Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to ensure candidates are moving through the interview process efficiently. Schedule interviews and administer computer tests. After employment offers are made you will conduct employment verifications and work with IT to set-up user accounts and workstations. 

The right candidate for this position is a team player with great computer and communication skills that will embrace our company's business values. You have an analytical approach, are a self-motivated goal setter and work well with little supervision with a high degree of integrity.

This project starts ASAP and runs through 10/31/17.


  • ·        Some college

  • ·        Ability to work independently

  • ·        Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills

  • ·        Ability to think creatively and find solutions to hurdles or barriers

  • ·        Strong attention to detail

  • ·        Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required

  • ·        Project management skill-sets that support management of competing priorities

  • ·        Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office suite

Compensation: $15.00/hour

Hours:15-25/week, depending on volume


This is a non-exempt position. Pre-employment testing including drug screening (marijuana prohibited) & background check. EOE. We do not offer relocation reimbursement.
