Kelly Services is proud to offer a Service Coordinator opportunity at a large pharmaceutical company located in Draper, UT.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating the arrival, service, and departure of domestic and international serviceable equipment, for the Service and Repair Department and managing communication between customers and site. The individual will exhibit excellent communication skills supporting verbal and written interaction with current and new customers via phone, email and fax.
  • Position entails order entry and documentation duties that require advanced computer skills.
  • Must demonstrate high level of attention to detail, focus and follow-up along with superior excel skills.
  • Communication with Customers and Service Centers via phone and email regarding units that require service Collect information regarding complaints and service requests Issue RGA s
  • Issue Call Tags, Record/document information in Easy Track Notes as needed
  • Create initial Service Packet for units being serviced in house
  • Coordinate In-Field Service Packets for units being serviced at International Service Centers and Data entry into Easy Track Manage Service Loaner Pools
  • Update daily documents and spreadsheets
  • Manage and update Daily Priority List
  • Coordinate service of Smoke Evacuation Machines
  • Process shipment of serviced, and/or Loaner units, to the customer.
  • Work with the Engineering Service Repair Team to determine charges for services requested.

COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to work comfortably with PC-based and network based programs, such as Office applications, and various databases and ERP system

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Support and Communicate with Sales Team
  • Generate invoices and credit memo requests and perform basic collections functions.
  • Adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and composure with respect to communication, quality control, job responsibilities, attendance, department policies and moral issues.
  • Work with goal of continuous improvement, team cohesiveness, and focus on customer service/satisfaction.
  • Use problem solving skills to resolve difficult situations, including customer concerns and issues that may arise with other departments.
  • Process orders from International Service Centers for Parts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, oral, group, email, and telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, and attention to detail.
  • Develop service strategies with an outlook of continuous process improvement and provide metrics to the organization.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate s degree A. A. or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
