TRC Staffing has partnered with a local nonprofit organizations committed to assisting newcomers to the United States. We are looking for an reliable, focused Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of administration tasks. Area of responsibility include:
Answering/directing phones, greeting newcomers to the office. Meeting new people every day! Supporting meeting and events.
Accounting and bookkeeing support by performing various functions such as AP, AR, coordinating documents and serve as a back up to accounting department.
Support other team members with various adminstrative tasks.
