Responsible for the overall daily management of company's valued clients. This position includes interfacing with the client (via email, phone and during scheduled travel), proactively advising on processes, products and services, conducting studies and preparing reports. Candidates must be able to understand tuition policies and how they are utilized, they also need to be able to define reporting requirements, review analytics and make business recommendations based on data provided Understand and manage client expectations per company standard offerings. Analytics, ability to review and assess data in order to make effective business recommendations around tuition programs to Clients Identify client business needs in order to be proactive and promote ideas and gain new business. Serve as the client advocate and liaison between the client and all departments within company Fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement and partnership between the client and company Professional and ethical representation Retain and grow existing client accounts. Fiscal responsibility by reducing aged receivables, reducing expense, and seeking methods to increase profitability. Responsible for meeting the contract process timeline. Responsible for sending out contractual deliverable.
Must able to travel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly assess information then articulate and act on a proactive solution Advanced computer skills in MS Office a must (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree
