We need to re-think how we attract people in the next phase of our employee growth plan in order to continue to distance ourselves from our competitors. We need an Analytics Professional who can help us quantify our success and failures, where both come from, and where we need to go to next. The HR Business Analyst will serve as a data quality advocate, summarize findings, and engage with leadership.

Key Attributes
-Data mining the known and uncovering overlooked data
-Deliver quantitative analytics
-Take ownership of writing reports
-Be the Project Manager, Program Evangelist, or Initiative Spokesperson, whatever it takes
-Engage with leadership from other departments and Hiring Managers
-Creative, Critical, and Concise thinking

Requirements
-Advanced degree in Business, Math, Data Science, or similar degree
-Project Management or Business Analysis experience
-Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge. HR systems or HRIS tools is a plus
