Job Title: Care Associate

Position Summary: Performing health services support duties. Increase operational efficiency of the unit and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintains current knowledge of Cigna-HealthSpring Policies and Procedures, CMS requirements, and Special Needs Plans Model of Care program goals and requirements, as applicable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Outreach to customers for completion of the Health Risk Assessment Document all encounters with the customer

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Strong time management and organization skills Strong skills with computer, outlook, word, and excel Ability to meet deadlines and manage effectively adapt and respond to fast- paced, rapidly growing environments Ability to make decisions on what needs to be done based on clearly established guidelines Spanish language ability is desirable

Education: 1 -2 years customer services experience High School Diploma or G.E.D Prior experience in customer service role/operation Medical Terminology preferred but not required
