Job Title: Commercial Prepaid Sales Support
Job description:

- Experience supporting/interacting with both internal team members and external partners in a professional and responsive manner
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred but not required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Adobe PDF
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Reviewing incoming client agreements and other related documents for completeness
o Entering necessary client data into Salesforce, filing documents on internal drives, and submitting agreements for approval via the Salesforce CRM tool
o Gathering additional client information, as requested, from internal team members and external partners
o Conducting proprietary proximity reporting via Excel/internal database
o Monitoring specific partner Outlook inbox(es) and responding to questions/escalations daily

This is a Temp position. Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm PAID EVERY FRIDAY! $15.00 hourly
