This position will start off as a data-entry position, providing support for transition to SAP system, including keying in orders. After some time, position will transition to a more customer-facing role.
Position will manage all aspects of customer service, including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow-up services. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have STRONG interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Experience with SAP a plus 2 years Customer Service required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. H.S. Diploma or GED Required.
Position will be Monday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
Must be able to train Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
