Clerk needed in New Orleans area with Freight forwarding experience. Duties include scanning documents, making copies, replying to emails, sending emails, Will issue delivery orders, and general office clerical support. Candidate should have excellent communications skills and will be answering direct incoming telephone calls, directing them to appropriate person. Open, sort and distribute incoming mail, fax, overnight envelopes, and filing. Order supplies, check handling and additional duties as assigned. Should have experience with freight forwarding.
This job requires the ability to multitask and prioritize. Must be able to use multiple operating systems.
