On-Site Manager provides the frameswork and strategy for delivering talent, resources, and innovation that together create and/or provide: partnership that understands and supports our customers' overall business goals and proactively grows with their business needs. Flexiblity a must, Full-cycle recruitment management: Sourcing, Hiring, and Onboarding. Minimized HR and administrative tasks for our customer's managers and supervisors, including attendance, scheduling, and performance management. Customized solutions and services deliverable to meet the unique needs of our customer's work environments. Designated resource to the customer. On the production floor to greet the Kelly Services employees, meet with them for any HR problems that may come up. Manage the time clock and hours for the employee. Work directly with the customer's leadership and contacts. Preform Background and drug screens and other screenings as requested from the customer. Able to work the hours required by the customer to service the shifts. Regular monitoring and feedback of employee performance. Coaching for all Kelly employee-related issues. Time and attendance management. Interviewing and Skill evaluations of the employees. Manage the KSN requirements. Multiple walk through for onsite management team to facilitate employee feedback; could occur on a frequent and predictable basis. Standing, walking, flexible with hours.
