Kelly Services is currently seeking an Office Coordinator for a leading Healthcare facility in Fargo, ND. This is a temporary position, beginning immediately and lasting into February with the opportunity to be extended if workload permits. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Pay for this position is $16.02/hour.
Job Duties: -Review database information, ensuring proper storage -Identify errors and make necessary correction -Data entry and document upload into company databases -Coordinate, merge and scan files -Maintain various projects
Qualifications: -High School Diploma required -Minimum of 3 years administrative experience with high level of responsibility -Office experience in the Healthcare field preferred -Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn new software -Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and email -High level of confidentiality
