Immediate interviews for candidates with Administrative/Office Clerical experience. This individual would provide administrative support to GM, office manager and other executives to ensure smooth interoffice communication. Provide TOP NOTCH customer service to safeguard positive relationships between clients, vendors, employees and the company. Deliver clear communication both on the phone and with walk-in clients. Perform general office duties including but not limited to faxing, scanning, emailing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones and scheduling.
Previous administrative experience and/or customer service required. Candidate must be Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and CC:Mail. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Positive attitude and reliability are a MUST! Individuals with construction and or other like skilled trade knowledge would be ideal. Talent must be able to work in a face paced environment while multi tasking regularly.
